All items are priced at your wholesale cost and are subject to change without notification. Slifka Sales Co reserves the right to refuse sales at any time and at their discretion. MISTAKES HAPPEN, we make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing, product information and product availability in our catalogs and on this website. Occasionally errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct them and we apologize for any inconveniences that this may cause.

ORDERS: Your order can be placed online, email, phone or fax. For the overall protection of our customers, Slifka Sales does NOT collect Credit Card information through this website. Once your order is placed please contact us with your payment information.

 

DROP SHIPPING: We do Not drop ship items to your individual customers. We will only drop ship to your multiple store or warehouse locations.

 

BACKORDERS: Backorders under $50.00 will be cancelled. You must inform Slifka Sales if you do not accept backorders or if you would like us to keep a backorder under $50.00. Regular freight will be charged on all backorders.

 

CLAIMS: All damages or shortages must be reported within 14 days of you receiving your shipment. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and contain no pricing stickers on the boxes or product or credit will not be issued.

 

PAYMENT: Slifka Sales Co accepts all major credit cards for payment. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Payment can also be made by C.O.D. (a minimum of $15.00 per order C.O.D. fee will be charged) or by Pre-payment.

 

AMAZON MARKETPLACE: Slifka sales has hundreds of customers who sell our products on Amazon. We will not restrict our customers in any way, nor will Slifka Sales dictate the price our customers sell the products that they have purchased From us. If you are a retail customer who has purchased a "SLIFKA" item on Amazon, be advised that Slifka Sales as a wholesale business does not sell or market our products on Amazon or any other online site. If you have an issue with the item that you purchased you must contact the seller that you purchased it from to report any problems or damaged.
